The Company is the exclusive holder of all intellectual property rights related to the content of the Website, including but not limited to: articles, text, photographs, illustrations, music, audio and video clips, trademarks, logos, and designs.
Website visitors may access, download, and print the materials published on the Website free of charge, strictly for personal use and only for non-commercial purposes. By performing any of these actions, no rights, titles, or legitimate interests are transferred to or recognized for Website visitors regarding the materials published on the Website.
