HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
As a Data Controller, the Company processes personal data of job applicants, employees, individual customers, representatives of legal entity customers, contractual partners and collaborators, as well as other individuals who interact with the Company and/or are engaged in contractual relationships with it.

collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed;

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES
We process, for service and partnership contracts: name, surname, email address, phone number.
For the “Contact” form on the website – www.veltadoors.ro – we process: name, surname, email, phone number, subject, and any additional data voluntarily provided.
For the “Careers” form: name, surname, phone number, email, company, and data from the message or CV.
In Sustainability Reports on the website, we may process: name, surname, image, position, education.
For website visitors, we may collect data through cookies: IP address, browser, location, accessed pages, time spent, internet network, device used. See the Cookie Policy for details.
LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data is processed for:
for the conclusion and performance of various contracts;
for fulfilling our legal obligations;
